*Terms and conditions apply. By taking our website design and build service, you’ll also be required to commit to payment services provided by us and by our Merchant Acquiring partners who undertake the processing of card transactions. You will be required to enter into different contracts for these services and the contracts will need to remain in place at the same time. There is a minimum contract term of 12 months.
Please note that it is your responsibility to provide appropriate content for the website we build, including certain mandatory legal content (including a Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions applicable to your business). If such content is not provided then your website service may be suspended, you may face charges from the Merchant Acquiring providers and you may not be able to process payments via your website.
